Meet The Staff

  • Max iIMG_5631s the President of Gettysburg Group Reservations. He has worked in the tourism industry for the last eight years in Gettysburg and specifically in group sales for the past six. He has a passion for the industry and loves to spread the word about all of the incredible things Gettysburg has to offer.

    Kendra is the Gettysburg Group Reservations Operations Manager and Senior Reservations Specialist. Due to her interest in American History she moved to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania in 2009. Since that time she has been working with families and groups with planning their visits to Gettysburg. When she isn’t coordinating group trips, she loves to scare folks with haunted tales of Gettysburg’s history as a Ghostly Images tour guide. Her hope is to make sure, no matter who comes to town, as a group, family or individual that everyone returns home with wonderful memories of their trip to Gettysburg!

  • Maureen FollmerMaureen Follmer

    Maureen became the newest addition to the staff of Gettysburg Group Reservations in the summer of 2015. As a member and past President of the Wyoming Valley Civil War Roundtable, she began volunteering for the National Park Service in Gettysburg more than 20 years ago, which includes the 29th Pennsylvania Infantry monument she adopted with her mother. Because of her fondness for the area, Maureen made the move from Northeastern PA to Gettysburg in 2013. As a Reservation Specialist, she is able to utilize her extensive Customer Service skills and knowledge of the area to plan your next memorable visit to Gettysburg while keeping your budget and specific needs in mind.

Groups visiting in April and May may have gotten the chance to meet one of the kindest and friendliest faces in town! Roger assists with meeting groups and preparing for their arrival. When he is not with GGR he is one of the most knowledgeable and talented tour guides at the Jennie Wade House Museum.
