- 1 (6oz) pkg. instant stuffing mix, prepared
- 1 fully cooked boneless turkey breast, sliced
- 4 carrots, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp. chicken bouillon mixed with 1/3 cup water
Cut four to six 18” pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Fold up edges to contain liquid. Place a pat of butter on each piece of foil topped with about ½ cup of prepared stuffing. Arrange 1 or 2 turkey slices on stuffing and divide remaining stuffing among packets. Dot with another part of butter: set some carrots on top. Drizzle bullion water evenly over each packet.
Wrap foil tightly around food, sealing well. Set foil packets in medium-hot coals and cook for 30-45 minutes, rotating frequently until carrots are tender and food is hot. Serves 4-6 thankful people.
Have a great Thanksgiving and enjoy.
