Frozen Mocha Marble Loaf

It is finally Spring! Warmer weather, flowers are blooming the grass is growing. Time to think about ICE CREAM and mom. So for our featured recipe we have found an amazing dessert that you and mom will love;


  • 4 cups finely crushed chocolate sandwich cookies ( about 44 cookies)
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounces) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 (16 ounce) c
    ontainer frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup

Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press into lightly greased 9×13-inch pan. Beat cream cheese until light. Add condensed milk and vanilla; mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Set aside half of the mixture. Dissolve coffee granules in hot water and fold in remaining cream cheese mixture. Fold in chocolate syrup. Spoon half of chocolate mixture over crust and top with half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Cover and freeze 6 hours or overnight.
