This new, all outdoor tour (does not take you inside) will include stories relating to both the Jennie Wade House and the Haunted Orphanage. Your guide will take you on a short walk around the neighborhood, which will include the South side of town that traverses the area of East Cemetery Hill. You will be treated to haunted tales of the Dobbin House on Steinwehr Avenue, the National Cemetery, The Former Hall of Presidents, haunts of the Orphanage, curious tales of ghostly soldiers, heartbroken women, poltergeists and other assorted ghostly encounters. The tour is 90 minutes.
This tour was created to accommodate necessary social distancing protocol, limiting the size and being conducted all outside to avoid confining our groups to enclosed areas.
Due to popular demand we will now be offering private ghost tours to small groups traveling together. These tours will take you INSIDE either the Jennie Wade House or Haunted Orphanage. Tours will last 75 minutes with the majority of time taking place INSIDE the house. Note: Masks are required to be worn on buses/ghost tours at all times and during the tour anytime you are within six feet of other visitors.
