Congratulations Max Felty!

On August 11, 2012 Thomas E. Metz, owner of Gettysburg Tours, Inc. elected Max T. Felty as president of the corporation. Max replaces Kenneth J. Rohrbaugh who passed away in April of 2011. Carol Metzler will remain the corporation’s vice-president/secretary and treasurer.

Max, a 2008 Elizabethtown College graduate has been with the company for 3 years and was being groomed to assume the leadership role. Metz is pleased with Felty’s accomplishments including the expansion of the Gettysburg Group Reservations Division. Gettysburg Tours, Inc. is in good hands under Felty’s leadership said Metz.

Max replied:

I have learned so much from all of those around me and will work diligently to continue the legacy of Gettysburg Tours and help realize its potential within this wonderful town.
