Chipped Chocolate Pie

With the month of February upon us we here at Gettysburg Tours would like to feature a recipe that involves chocolate. It would make a wonderful dessert for someone special on Valentine’s day. Enjoy!

Chipped Chocolate Pie

  • 35  Large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2   Squares bitter or unsweetened chocolate, chipped
  • 1/2 Pint whipping cream, whipped
  • 1  10″ graham cracker crust
  • Chopped nuts, cherries, or chipped sweetened chocolate.

Melt marshmallows with milk in double boiler or microwave. Cool. Beat well.

Fold in bitter or unsweetened chocolate and whipped whipping cream. Pour into graham cracker crust. Top with chopped nuts, cherries, or chipped chocolate, as desired.

Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
