13th Annual Greyhounds in Gettysburg

On behalf of the Greyhounds of the North, South, East and West, we would like to invite you to join us on the last full weekend in April in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania for the 13th Annual Greyhounds in Gettysburg! This event is the primary source of funding for Triangle Greyhound Society. We use the funds to promote Greyhound awareness, Greyhound assistance activities and support similar organizations in North Carolina and around the United States.

Two and a half days of activities are planned beginning at noon on Friday April 29th until noon on Sunday May 1st. Approximately 40 vendors will join us on Friday and Saturday to sell Greyhound related merchandise. Special activities for the whole family run throughout the day and into the night.

When you are not participating in Greyhound related activities, you have all of historic Gettysburg and surrounding countryside open to you. Gettysburg was the pivotal battle in the Civil War. You can visit the battlefield, museums and the historic town to discover more about this historic battle and the men that fought here.

An attendee fee is required of all attendees 16 years or older. Children under 16 may attend for free when accompanied by a paying adult. The funds raised by your registration support the Triangle Greyhound Society and may be a tax deductible donation?

Greyhounds in Gettysburg was founded in 1998. In 2003, the operation of the event was transferred to the Triangle Greyhound Society (TGS) in Raleigh, North Carolina. With the on-site assistance of Keystone Greyhounds and attendees who volunteer a portion of their weekend, the event is run to provide fun for all attendees and raise money for Greyhound Assistance
